INTERNATIONAL:How relevant are CEM systems for international schools?
Posted by Lisa Miller on 09 June 2011 01:55 PM

CEM systems are ideal for use in any English-medium setting. Students for whom English is a second language can be assessed. We recommend that you speak to us about your particular situation and aims so that we can advise you on how best to assess EAL pupils.

Some of our assessments are curriculum-free and assess ability rather than curriculum acquisition, and so can be used across a variety of settings internationally. Other assessments are curriculum-based, but contain items from international item banks making them suitable for use with other curricula.
