Why is the INSIGHT system no longer available?

Our aim at CEM is to deliver systems that are of real value to our user, and making sure we respond to the needs of our customers is key to our strategic direction.  The withdrawal of the INSIGHT service will enable CEM to focus on delivering the best possible experience across the wide range of services we offer.
